Reflection for Week 5

HAI. Weekends is ending again. ):

I am actually writing my storytelling assignment now but I just couldn't continue where I paused. It's like, I really don't want to think about it anymore. It's over. No point looking back right?

Lessons were as usual, just that a few lessons were cancelled due to red camp (thank you). And after rotting and thinking of inspiration for 4 days, I finally got a story for my short video. Oh anyway, I am really really grateful for having good friends and classmates. They not only gave me some ideas on how I can improvise my story, they also make sure I finish them on time. Of course I did the same. (: We are a bunch of ambitious kids in fsv (in a good way) and our dreams is to get recognition for our IBP in year 3 which is still a long way to go. But still, really thank you, guys! :D

We watched Shawshanks Redemption for storytelling on Friday. After the movie, most of us ran out of the preview theatre because it was freezing cold. This reminds me of Introduction to Film actually.

I had a great day yesterday! I went to see 小小彬 and oh my goodness, he is freaking CUTE to the max. Go to my facebook page to see if you're interested! Had SushiTei for dinner and I ordered 6 different kinds of desserts. Awesome to the max. Shall post them in my APAD blog. So check it out there! :D

I have got alot of things to do but I do not have the mood. Come on, doing the thing I hated the most  - storyboard is not fun.

Okay, back to storytelling assignment. hais.

Refreshed weekend

It's been so tiring the whole week that I couldn't stand it anymore and headed out of house. Had alot of good food yesterday and yes, spent all my money on food. :D

First stop was Auntie Anne's Caramel Almond Pretzel! It's been so long since I had it. Next we went to walk around Funan IT Mall and settled early dinner at Liang Court.

A bowl of Udon is a must.

After Udon, I was having sweet tooth craze this whole week so I bought ice cream! After that, headed to Kinokuniya to buy my pens like finally. Walked back to Central and bought some small donuts!

I am really suffering from sweet tooth. ):

So yea, went home feeling much better and ready to do my homework. :D

Another awesome weekend

I felt that there's always something out there for me in the weekends of 2010. Or maybe it's only these few weekends that I really enjoyed. I can sense that I won't really enjoy my weekends after poly starts but I'm talking about NOW, so let me just enjoy the rest of my weekends before poly starts.

Yesterday, 12 March 2010, was pretty awesome. (:

I went to IT SHOW @ Suntec after work with Qamariah & Zech and met up with JJ after that. Had our dinner at Burger King and headed over to Carls Jr. at Marina Sq to find Uncle Calvin & Huimin. Talked and Uncle Calvin wanted to go clubbing but I was still underage. HAHAHA. So we ended up at Esplanade watching some performance and crapping. Then JJ asked Uncle Calvin if he watch Alice in Wonderland already not, and he said no. So we decided to watch it @ GV Marina. Before the movie start, we played arcade and I kenna bully by Uncle Calvin, thanks ah.

ALICE IN WONDERLAND 3D was awesome. The characters is cute to the max and I loved it. :D After movie, we couldn't decide where to go and it's still 'early' (actually it's 2.30am alrd) because we rarely meet up with Uncle Calvin. So we went back to Esplanade to talk again. Uncle Calvin & JJ were sharing their NS stories and reminiscence their FSV days back then. Told me lots of things to 'prepare' myself in FSV. Oh, and Uncle Calvin said he will bring me to Powerhouse after my birthday. (I went WTFFFFFFFF?!) Lols.

We decided to go off at 5am and Qamariah said she was hungry, so we went to Macdonald's to have breakfast. We continued talking and Uncle Calvin said he was scared that I will get bullied in FSV. Then I said, "You come visit me every week loh. HAHAHA".

Then he replied, "Can, I will go into the lecture theatre every week." And it will be like this.

Uncle Calvin: "Hi Sir."

*Walk towards me*

Uncle Calvin: "Got anybody bully you anot? Tell me, I help you settle. Have? Don't have ah, okay."

*Uncle Calvin turned and walk out of LT.*

Uncle Calvin: "Bye Sir."

LOL. My guardian in FSV.

So after breakfast, we went home separately and hope to meet up with them soon. :D

Today I went to buy my new baby.

Oh, we took Polaroid that day and Uncle Calvin said that this is my Protective Talisman.

He said it's my protective talisman because if any lecturer give me problems or I get into any problems, I can use this to shoot the lecturer off. How nice. HAHAHA. :D

An awesome weekend to be remembered, definetely. :D

Woah. I just realised I haven't blog for 8 days! Hahahs.

Okay. Let me see.

I went for JJ's Course Graduation on 5 March. Had fun entertaining my cousin, and seriously, the buffet catered was very nice. :D I brought the wrong lens for DSLR somemore. Abit stupid ah. Then I took a family photo without me inside. Cause apparently I was the photographer. -.-

Was supposed to watch Alice In The Wonderland (3D) on Saturday but tickets were selling fast. So we bought tickets for Being Human instead (Support Local FILMS!). Had a good laugh. Headed down to Bugis to meet CheeKeong and friend and went to have steamboat for dinner! Their scallops were, AWESOME! It's good that they provide free flow drinks because the weather was simply unbearable. Went to walk around Bugis after dinner and that's when all the stupid jokes came in. Decided that it's too early to go home, we went to MindsCafe to have some fun. Played Taboo and it didn't failed to make us the noisiest. Ran for the last train and we even ran the wrong way thanks to Karl. Totally made a fool out of ourselves that day. So, when I was reaching my doorstep, I realised that JJ was holding on to the keys. HO SEY LIAO LOH. Kena stucked outside the house because my dad and lil bro was sleeping. However, I managed to wake my dad up with just 1 powerful phonecall. :D As I was surfing the net, JJ sms-ed me and asked if the keys were in the camera bag, and it was. He made me look like an idiot by standing at my doorstep waiting for people to open the door for me. How nice. However, that was the most memorable Saturday day out ever in 2010. :D

Work was getting more and more mundane but I had something nice to do for 2 weeks because Linda went for holidays. And jelly beans made my day. I told Iris that I could finish them within a week. But, I finished it within 2 days. Too much sweet stuffs inside my body now. ):

Went to NP to check my laptop stuffs today. Mac ah Mac. Why you so expensive? But I've decided to buy Macbook Pro 13-inch will do and shall invest more money on external hard disk. :D

I have not pay my fees yet. My singpass haven come. Faster come then I can settle everything at one go. Yay! Need to shop for stationery soon!
