Staying up late again.

Hi hi. Good morning by the way!


Guess what I am doing at this freaking hour now? 


Yea, doing my work once again. Was actually planning to just leave this shit at where it was and go to sleep. Because the other class who had Writcom today told us that those we did not do research on the final assignment will be kicked out of the class. And so, I wanted to be one of those who will get kicked out for class later on because I don't know how to do the final assignment and I don't know what to write either. 


The final assignment is to write a proposal asking for funding for a film production and need to have 13 paragraphs, with both secondary and primary supports. Like come on, if we need money for film production, we need the money. Why is there a need for us to explain so much on why we need the money when it is understood that we need the money to shoot? And if I am the one approving the funding, I wouldn't want to read a 13 paragraphs long of proposal, with a min. of 1.5k to 2k of words. I meant, it is not necessary! Why do they have to make our lives so difficult? 


So now, I have only come out with my thesis statement and nothing else. I don't know what else to write and I am wondering, where the hell am I during Writcom lectures and tutorials? So, the question now is.. To get kicked out of class later on or produce some research and work for consultation later? Hmm...

OMGGGG man, my mid term break is ending is 3 days time! HOLY SHIT.

I've yet completed my storyboard because it's really troublesome and I can't think of how it is going to be like from paragraph 3 of the story onwards. At the mean time, I only came up with 4 frames and 21 more frames to go. Let me die~

Have been going out to shoot this few days. & I really dislike stalking people on the streets. T.T

So we were very bored of Chinatown after awhile and boarded any bus that came and alighted at somewhere that looked nice. :D Okay, we ended up at Jalan Besar. Hahaha, the buildings there are damn nice and we regretted not going there for Assignment #1. Wasted. Headed down to Ikea today but no nice shots. So, we ended up boarding buses again and decided to alight at VivoCity. Okay, the kids there today are cute and we even befriended a friendly girl. Hahaha.

I feel like dying whenever I think of storyboard. It's part of our assignment somemore. And I just realised that we're going to have 2 Photography Quiz and Audio Tech written test after break. Let me die~ But glad that they're got together.

Okay, I shall start on my storyboard now because I want to end it before school re-open. T.T

Week 3 Reflection

Week 3 ended super fast I swear. It's like after lessons > go home > complete stuffs > sleep > wake up and it's another day of the week again.

Headed to school early to meet up with class and have our discussion for Studio Production's script. Lunched at Makan Place after that and headed to IS talk. It ended very early and we were all happy! :D

Audio tech lecture was boring that even I was sitting beside Si En & Phoebe, we chatted on msn. Photography lecture was also boring because I was very tired already. Melissa & Phoebe were spamming each other's facebook wall and kept laughing! LOL. Soon, it was movie time again. This time round we watched another film directed by Alfred Hitchcock, Vertigo.

It's the second movie Melanie showed us by Alfred Hitchcock. Well, I should agree that this was Alfred Hitchcock's masterpiece as compared to Psycho. It's really more awesome than Psycho. The content, the flow, the music and the unexpected twist at the end of the film. It's so Alfred Hitchcock film because in both Psycho & Vertigo, some scenes were shot similarly like the car scenes. I recommend you guys to check out this film, or read about it in wikipedia.

I screwed up my Photography workshop on Wednesday. Apparently, I didn't have enough time and didn't take 5 pictures from the worksheet given and I just handed in because I am very hungry. HAHAHA!

T1B1 Rocks. :D

Thursday was a sleepy day for T1B1. We had Studio Production and all of us took turn to try out being a Floor Manager. We looked very dead throughout the whole 4 hours of Studio Production. Had a not very nice lunch at SIM's Megabites. ): During Melanie's class, we talked about Vertigo and our responses were very dead. When Melanie showed us video on directors, three quarters of the class dozed off. Power right. Then Melanie decided to dismiss us 40min earlier seeing us all dying. Ended up, we stayed in Preview Theatre and Phoebe they all were playing L4D2, some surfing facebook, others playing with Photobooth. During Art & Design lesson, we traced out our homework instead of drawing because Mr Ng said: "After last week's lesson, I realized you guys can't draw. So let's not waste our time and I let you trace instead." HAHAHA! Everyone were so happy you know! :D

Today's Audio Tech tutorial was fun! Heng Han came to find me to pass me some forms and we chatted when he knew I was JJ's sister. During tutorial, we learnt new stuffs and was very fun and amazing. Woooooohooooooooooo! :D After that, Chin Boo asked me why Heng Han came and look for me and we chatted. He finally remembered that he interviewed me during the JPSAE interview. HEHEHE

Overall, a very tiring, and a few homework need to be done week. HAHAHA. :D

Hello world!!

Xinying is so proud of herself this week.

Managed to finish up so many homework and did not online except during Thursday, Friday and of course, weekends.

So, where should Xinying start from? Hmm..

Xinying had 2 mock exams after school on Tuesday, 7 July.

First, was the Social Studies Source Based Mock.

Didn't managed to complete it and yes, forget it.

Next, was the Maths P2 Mock. It was taken from Unity Sec's Prelim 08.

Tough paper as Xinying had difficulty completing and answering it. ):

Had Chemistry Practical after school on Wednesday, 8 July.

Xinying love this session because she did it with Sister - May.

Had a great time there and cam-wore a bit too. Hahahas.

Headed to JP for some food before heading home.

Xinying attended the Physic Remedial after school on Thursday, 9 July.

She loves the teacher teaching the remedial class, Miss Lee/Lim.

She made an effort to interact with the class because it was her first time teaching the class. She explained and clarified our doubts in details and willing to recap with the class the basic. She is great and therefore Xinying's interest in Physic is coming back. (:

Headed over to bubbletea shop and 7-11 for a quick bite before heading back to school for Maths Night Class with friends after Physic remedial ends.

First time attending Night Class and Xinying's feelings about it was weird.

Because if there's a need to stay in school till night time, it would be for AVA or camps. But this time round, it's studying, or rather Cooperative Learning. So yeah, pretty weird.

Classmates had a great time because a few of them kept scaring people at the creepy staircase. While walking down the stairs after lessons in group, classmates being mischievous continued their 'scaring-people mission' and scared Xinying's group and yeah, you should know what happened after that. (:

Although Friday, 10 July was a short day because it ends at 12.15pm, but it was hectic.

Planned to lunch at KFC but ruined by the rain which only lasted for less than 25mins. Headed over to bubbletea shop after having lunch in school. Went to Students' Corner to do some homework with Rona while Sister and QQ went for Oral and Kala and Shelly went for SS remedial.

Had Chemistry remedial from 4-5pm and had a quick bite again at 7-11 before attending English Night Class by Mdm Zainah. Again, she never fails to make sure Xinying's love for English is there. Totally wonderful.

After this week, Xinying is drained. Wondering how long can she take it.

Hopefully until O levels end! Xinying, JIAYOU! :D

Thank you friends, for being there for me everyday. Without you guys, school is a different thing. (:

Home Based Learning is a waste of time - totally.

Neverland

Was reading Saturday's newspapers just now and came across MJ's Neverland. It's really a pity for Neverland to close down. But well, right now, Neverland was saved! :D

And I personally feel that MJ should be buried in Neverland. The place where he could really get a taste of how and what childhood actually is. The ferris wheels, carousel, trains, movie studio screening Disney's films.. I want them. Now, Xinying's wishlist has been updated! By adding this wish in, I really hope I got the chance, the opportunity, the fate to fulfill it. (:

Did 1 maths P2 today during tuition and after I reached home, I did nothing else. ):

I seriously need to get my butt off the lappie and continue my homework!

Still, I love weekdays. Because I can have the motivation to complete my work.

Oh, yesterday was crazy, totally.

I planned to do my Geography hwk at 12am, after finish watching BOF and surfing the net. But I got annoyed by the big stacks of books and papers beside me and so I decided to clear my table and pack my stuffs. Yes, in the middle of the night.

Woke up at 9 plus though I slept at 3.30am.

Prepared and went for tuition. I completed a Maths P2 within 2 hours going to 3 hours. Though I exceeded the time limit, but I still managed to complete it. :D

Reached home before the heavy rain and got myself stuck in front of the lappie. ): Going read through social studies tomorrow. And will be digging for extra time to complete my Geography. HAHAHA. Mock Exams every tuesday, not funny.

Yesterday was FUNNY!

Xinying's EMATHS Week 2, P2 bade farewell to me.

Yes, bade farewell.

I cut my nails on the paper itself and I took it out of my window to dump it.

And yesterday wasn't my day at all and it fly downstairs.

POWER right?! I went downstairs to search for it but couldn't find it.

And when I told my family, they laughed at me and JJ scolded me STUPID!

But this morning, when my little brother was on his way to tuition, he found the paper.

It was found at the other side of the grass patch. So dramatic. HAHAHA.

Yesterday night my brother called me at 10 plus and asked me to meet him at JP.

And when I reached, he was playing monopoly with qamariah. HAHAs.

And he went to buy Happy Meal after that for the toy. -.-

While playing monopoly, he went to test out the toy and get a shock himself.

STUPID!! Hahaass. Retribution for scolding me Stupid. LOLS.

And he created an account for me in his lappie naming me STUPID.

Thanks ah, nevermind, one more day only.

But I will miss the nights where we quarrel and joke, the nights when we reached home at the wee hours of the morning, the times when we play Wii together, the times when we do all sorts of stupid things together, the times when we quarrel about money because you always asked me to treat you, the days when we fight over things and ran around the house and every other things.

It's been a week.

Exactly a week from the last post.

Just a summarised one.

Went to school last Saturday to help St.John in the first aid competition.

It started off late, therefore everything was delayed.

But nevertheless, it was fun.

Had alot of tests this week.

Monday's Maths Mock Paper 1 was atrocious.

I totally forgot some chapters like constructing angles and triangles that one?

Was half asleep throughout so I don't wanna get back the paper too.

Speech & Prize giving day on tuesday.

Had alot of fun & laughter at backstage with Kok Heng who made almost all of us went crazy with his silly actions. Not bad. It had been a long time since I enjoyed myself that much in AVA or rather, this year after my dearest sister graduated.

Went studying almost every night. I'm back to the everyday-go-library-study days again.

Was supposed to have Geog test.

But we insisted that we didn't know about it and plus she didn't return us our files.

We have got nothing to refer to to study and can only depend on her notes which are all short cuts answers.

So she gave up on us eventually and postponed the test to next week.

Lunched at some coffee shop near tuition place.

Today is thursday and I am very happy! :D

They are liars! They not are even holidays for me.
Liars! Bullshit! Idiots!

I went back to school every single day without fail.
Monday, I went back for Chinese mock exam.
Was slightly late but have not start when I reached, so it's okay.
& Thank you KALA, for waiting for me at the bus stop and were late together. :D

I went back to school on Tuesday.
It was the first lesson of MYOB, and I dreaded to go.
Damn boring on the first day.
Had to sit according to the seating plan and well, I was assigned to the very end of the row, sitting next to the wall, can't even see a single thing appearing on the screen. Tyvm. (:

For Wednesday & Thursday, the MYOB lesson were much more lively & fun!
All of us were ebuddy-ing, some watching videos like Kenn who sat beside me watching One Piece (-.-), some playing Mafia wars like Alvin who sat behind me, some playing Tetris like me, some viewing 'Ren Yao' friendster profile, & some Dota-ing. & eventually, on thursday, they were caught playing Dota and the scene (I don't know what other words I can use to describe it.) of them getting caught were real epic & funny! :D

I screwed up the MYOB exam on Friday.
Really screwed. I thought it ends at 12pm and by the time I finished doing, it was already 11.20am. I couldn't reconcile my account because I'm short of $135K (I know I'm pro.) and gave up eventually. Until 12pm, then I realised that the exam ends at 12.30pm. Tyvm once again. I wasted my time after finishing going around the room asking people what the hell is Income Account.
I went to tuition after that. Yes, I MIA-ed for a week before appearing again. :D

Had tuition this morning again and went to meet JJ, Qamariah, Zech, DX at JE.
Headed down to Expo for Adidas, Popular & Robinsons Sales.
Very contended with what I bought.
Something which I longed for, over the months.

Yes! I've bought it and am loving it right now!
First album I bought in my 16 going to 17 years in this world okay!
Just couldn't resist the temptation and bought it. :D

Tomorrow's plan:
1. Complete Physic West Spring Prelim Paper.
2. Complete Chemistry JVS MYE 2008(?) Prelim Paper.
3. Find articles for English Composition.
4. Complete storybook, 'Shame'.

That's all. Holidays were gone, just like that.
Not fair, ITE have got 3 weeks of holidays. We only have 1 week.
Well, nothing is fair in this world. :D

Been a busy busy week.

Everyday is all about homeworks.
So is this what graduating classes are going to face for the next 7months till O levels end?
Go to hell then. Yes, go to hell.

Initially, I changed my tuition to Thursday for this week but I skipped it because I went down to Suntec to meet JJ, Qamariah, Huimin & DX. They waited for me for hours, I'm very sorry! & they waited for me again because I haven had lunch.
Hahas, and throughout my lunch, JJ kept saying this to me "Eh, want buy TV anot? $599 for 32 inch. *points to flyers*"
Then he showed me another flyer and I said "This 42 inch one also $599?"
DX laughed. JJ said "Your dad's company ah? everything $599."
And that's when the $599 thing started, like this:

JJ: "Huimin, what you intend to buy?"
DX: "60GB thumbdrive for $599" *Everyone laughed*

DX: "Qamariah, what you intend to buy?"
ME: "1 TB Hard disk for $599."
JJ: "Crazy, I can get 4 of them leh."

So yes, went to IT Show 2009 on thursday and it's really torturing to carry my school bag there. My shoulders were very pain and I didn't even have seats in the train because adults just simply snatched them from me. Tyvm (:

Had Infocom Camp on Friday and we were all crazy.
Ordered Canadian Pizza for dinner & supper but aparently they were not enough.
Played facebook awhile and watched dramas and slept. We were like taking turns to sleep on the mattress and they even went to ordered Mac at 3am.

Woke up early to prepare for Adam Khoo's program.
Dreaded it at first but afterall, enjoyed myself alot.
Not only were the trainers funny and crazy, the messages behind it were interesting too.
There's this activity where Melvin one of our trainers asked us to do.
"I want.." He want us to declare to the whole class, what we want.
I thought for a damn long time, because I was the last.
& then I said: "I want to get into FSV next year." *I really dk what else to say.*

Then I asked myself, do I really want to get into FSV? What's so good about FSV that makes me feel like going there? Is that really my interests and passion? Will I really enjoy my 3 years there after my O levels (if I did well enough to get into it)? I am now seizing all the opportunities that are going to benefit me in getting into FSV. But am I really going to get in there? I can't find any other things that I am interestd in. I shall consider more before making this choice.

Anyway, the program was really interesting and motivating.
Goals are not only important, they tell you where you're heading to.
Feeling motivated is easy, but trying to achieve what you really want is really difficult and you have to be prepared to scarifice everything for it. So now I asked myself again, "Am I prepared for it?"

I was very tired after coming back from school yesterday.
Slept at 7.30pm and woke up at 9.30am this morning. Slept for 14 hours! Half day gone just like that. But well, quite energetic now, so still not bad. And I kept thinking that today is SATURDAY! Because I went to school yesterday and I thought today is Saturday. What the fuck am I thinking? There's chinese mock exam tomorrow! *runs to books and worksheets now*

Shall update more if I have time to sit infront of the computer to relax and listen to old love songs. :D Happy holidays to those who have 'Holidays'.
